I have replaced so many of these! I don't know if it's my kids or the the controllers. I just quit buying them and bought the controller that resembles the xbox controller.

like the color, works until it doesn't. Click a button and nothing happens. Read tons of articles online to try and get it to work better. Works well sometimes when it wants 2

The return window is 15 days and just 1 day after the return window, the joysticks on the joycons stopped working correctly. Won’t buy from Best Buy anymore.

They joy. They con. They're a controller. They still get drift after awhile I assume because they haven't redesigned the control stick, but at least big N will fix them for free.

Was lied to about when I was to receive the item after paying extra for 2 day shipping didn’t get it until 10 days later so was not impressed with it at all

Bought extras to swap out and reduce wear and potential 'drift' issue. Still have issues with buttons not working when used with Nintendo joy con adapter.

stopped working in 6 months, the yellow controller wont charge or even turn on.

I will return since i found them a best price in other place.

Joy-con controllers are fine for limited use in party situations but they're pretty terrible for "traditional" gaming sessions. Definitely recommend investing in a "Pro" controller for playing Zelda, etc.

Dye lots do not match the original blue and red. Didnt take a charge very well after a few short days. Honestly felt like I got someones broken return.

Unfortunately these joy-cons are not working properly, their wireless range is abysmal. They work fine when connected to the console but if they are detached I need to be 1-2 feet away from the console or else they get disconnected. I've tried all the trouble shooting tips and nothing has worked. My other set of joy cons works fine so I do not believe this is a console issue. It's the controllers.

These Joy-Cons constantly disconnect, not allowing us to play the system on a television. We returned the Joy-Cons and the Switch and we still have this problem. Very disappointed.

They work great but the lime green already started having discoloration and it’s only been used twice.

Always had goodluck with Nintendo products. But this defective right from box. Green (right) buttons didn’t work when pressed. Returned!

I had to buy these to replace really bad drifting controllers. I wish Nintendo would make controllers that worked long term.

The left JoyCon doesn’t attach too well to my switch. Nintendo needs to fix there controllers in order for a satisfied purchase

The second pair worked better than the first. The first ones had the joycon drift shortly after using.

They're cool controllers, but have some reliability issues. I've had to purchase more than one replacement set.

I paid extra for this to arrive the next day and it came a week late, I didn’t get refunded my money either for the shipping

The replacements have worked okay so far, I am a little worried that the A button won't hold up to the extended use.
