    Although Best Buy does allow returns this product stopped working 2 days after the receipt allowed a return. Very Upsetting.

    Brought them home and opened the package and realized the joycons have been previously owned and when I went to return them, store management refused to either give a reimbursement or exchange the joycons. Female in the counter kept mumbling things to my family and I. Not trying to make this a race thing but that’s what it came out as. Two employees refusing to help because we’re Latinos
