I have a mixed review of these Joy-Cons. On one hand, they are a great engineering concept (and obviously they're a necessity to use with the Switch). However, the only reason we bought these replacements is because one of the Joy-Cons on my son's Switch (which we just bought 6 months ago) began to malfunction. On his games, the joystick would just move in one direction. We tried blowing air into it, cleaning it, and recalibrating it. Finally, I figured it was time to take it apart and figure out what was wrong with it. However, Nintendo has some proprietary tri-screws on the back of these Joy-Cons, which I had no luck finding at Best Buy, Home Depot, MicroCenter, nor GameStop. Rather than ordering a screwdriver from Nintendo, I relinquished and bought these $70 replacements. Within 2 weeks, one of these Joy-Cons began to malfunction in the same manner, although not as bad (YET!). We have engrained into my son's head that if he ever breaks the Switch, there is no replacement. Hence, he is very careful with it and doesn't play rough, doesn't toss the controllers, doesn't spill drinks on them, etc. So I'm not really sure why this is occuring. Regardless, you can't really play the Switch without these controllers, so not much I can do. I'll probably eventually take one apart and see what's going on beneath the surface. Just be forewarned that this is the 2nd occurrence of this issue for us within 6 months. I already found the $70 price point to be a bit excessive for a game controller, so I will definitely not be buying a 3rd set and will have to deal with fixing these on my own.

Everything is perfect easy to use my nephew says hes so happy with it . But hopes it doesn't have the same issues as the original ones that comes with the actual game

We spent lots of time looking for neon joycons to no avail. We were happy that we at least found these available! The joycon puts a new slant on the controllers of old, especially in that some games allow two separate players to share one pair. The technical feedback built in is an interesting concept - we will have to see which developers end up leveraging it and how.

I bought this as a gift and the recipient was overjoyed. She thought this color combination only came with a specific game. Thanks, those little things are important when trying to find perfect gifts.

I needed a second set of Joy Cons to go with my new Switch. I got the Switch with the blue and red controllers so I bought the matching colors to give me two complete sets. No complaints with how the work or look.

Classic joy cons that I've been looking for. Bought them with my birthday discount + they were able to price match with Walmart when it was on sale. Love the colors

I bought these so I could have 4 controllers to play Mario Kart, Overcooked, etc. They work perfectly and were simple to add to my Switch. Would recommend if you're looking to add more controllers to your setup.

Got this to add 2 more players for Switch games. Colors are cool. Haven't had any Joycon drift with these add-ons. Quality appears to be equal to the blue and red ones.

This controller was bought as a replacement for my yellow joy cons which stopped working. Thankfully I have had no such problems with these at all and I use them pretty much every day for at least 4-6 hours.

I love my new Neon controller for Switch. Very stylish and the colors are bright enough to be seen even in the dark.

I was avoiding the red/blue JoyCons because I thought they'd be obnoxious, but they're actually quite sleek and far more functional than the Wii-motes of its predecessor. Very pleased with this particular purchase.

I got these in a rush to replace a pair of my joycons that I had the same back to Nintendo. These are still working great!

Bought these as backups for my original pair of Joy-Con which began to have joystick drift. Nintendo's build quality on these isn't great, but you are stuck with them if you have an original Switch and want to play handheld. I feel they are a bit expensive too...but it is what it is.

These work fine with my Nintendo switch and allow me to play multiplayer games. No complaints wish they were cheaper but that’s the price of nonsense.

These controllers make the games more fun for the family. They allow us to play with 4 players at a time. Lots of fun!!
