The color was exactly what I was expecting and they function great just like what you would expect from joy cons.

Second Set

Unfortunately, the first set succumbed to the dreaded "drift." We tried everything that we could do to fix them but nothing worked. Got a new set and all is good. We may send the originals off to get repaired as Nintendo suggests and keep them for a backup should the "drift" happen again.

These new ones, the colors are very vibrant.

I do know over time something will break on one controller. So you will end up buying new one depend on how hard you use them.

It is I think too expensive imo but at the same time is a must for multiplayer experience with friends and family I’d still recommend it because the quality build is good and the neon colors are perfect if you have the neon switch console you can have same color combination blue/red left and right joycons. I say $50-60 range would have been more easy to swallow for the joycons.

I was happy with the green remote, so we each take a color and mix it with the grey ones she already had. Very happy with purchase
