I got an extra set of joy-cons so that I could play with my friends or family. Pairing the new controllers was extremely easy. In my opinion, they are a bit pricey, especially if you have a lot of friends and family and you want more controllers. My Switch console came with the neon blue/neon red joy-cons, so I bought the neon red/neon blue joy-cons that way I could have matching color joy-cons on my Switch. The neon blue and neon red are such great colors! I also think the neon yellow and neon pink/neon green controllers are also very bright and colorful.

Great controllers! I love the colors and how you can mix and match. The controllers are tiny but they are not slippery and easy to hold. My daughter loves them!

If you're concerned about the price, I don't blame you. But you do have to consider that you're essentially buying 2 controllers, and also nothing really beats going from portable mode to docked mode and playing on the couch with your arms spread out for maximum gaming comfort. Then passing the other controller to a friend to play some light multiplayer. Recommended if you have occasional friends or family that like to play, not recommended for single player gamers.

These wireless controllers were just perfect. They easily attach to the Nintendo switch and were just what we needed.

These joycons look and play perfectly and if I didn't know any better I would have thought they were brand new. I purchased the 2 year warranty as well and I'm not sure if I'll ever actually get to use it but it's mainly for peace of mind since the original's only lasted a couple months after the 1 year warranty expired. Anyway these are perfect without the bloated prices and we highly recommend these over brand new. I'll update my review if these die or start having problems. Hope this helps, thanks.

After an impressively embarrassing amount of gameplay on my original pair of controllers, the time for replacements had finally come. Using Best Buy was a no brainer, and sticking with Nintendo approved controllers is the only way to go. While I opted for a more muted color scheme, the option for a plethora of vibrant and expressive colors was available. I’d definitely recommend anyone in the market for new Switch controllers to click “buy” and get back to gaming!

These controllers were purchased so we could all play Mario kart. Colors are vibrant. But they are so small for youthe hands. Its takes a while to get used to them. They are super sensitive to the touch. But for almost 80 dollars, I think they are over priced.

We're a family of four and were absolutely going to need another set of JoyCons to get our Mario Kart battles going. Work great, paired fast, great battery life and I love how easy Nintendo has made it to mix and match the Cons. We got the Switch with gray thinking the kids would just fight over the colors, but once we decided we needed more, got the Blue/Red pack and everybody swaps colors all the time. Nintendo nailed the gesture control too in Mario Odyssey; love playing with a controller in each hand. More comfortable that way for me.

Definitely a good purchase if you have a switch, being as they can start to wear down fairly quickly. But solid purchase, and would definitely recommend. Only issue I could possibly have would be they do not offer the white OLED controllers for purchase. But definitely super easy to pair and setup, takes like 30 seconds and you’re ready to go.

In all seriousness, I only had to get these Joycon because the original ones that came with the Switch were starting to drift. I know that I can just send them to Nintendo to be repaired/replaced, but I had been looking to get an additional pair of Joycon anyway. This set is such a beautiful color and reminded me so much of the Splatoon theme that I just opted to get these instead. Great feel, work as intended, and I completely love these. Thanks, Best Buy, for having these in stock and allowing me to get them!

I got these Joy-Cons to replace the ones that came with my wife's Nintendo Switch. The old set's left joystick started drifting so we bought these to replace those while the old ones get repaired. I'm hoping these don't have the same issue as the old ones. I really enjoy the colors of this set of Joy-Cons and think the colors are a lot nicer than the red and blue that come with the Switch.
