I was having problems with original control, nintendo will fix it since its still under warranty, had to get a new one while i get the other one back, i think controls are too expensive and don't even include the piece in the middle to hold it as one, i don't blame Best Buy, the price is the same everywhere

I purchased these controllers so I could play Super Mario Party with my wife and 2 kids. Now my daughter has her own pink controller and my son has his own green one. They are so excited every time I give it to them, makes the purchase totally worth it. Also it was super easy to synch them to my Switch.

This new set of joy cons saved me cause the zr button on my last set of joy cons the zr wqas broken but get it for its color anyways

When my son's controllers decided to stop working, Best Buy had them in stock at a reasonable price.

I bought a 3rd party controller to play with my little brother but when I tried playing with his original Nintendo controllers I realized nothing compares to how the original handles. So I had to get myself a pair. Plus this color is so cool

Open box joy cons at a great price, took a chance, 100% satisfied. Not a mark on them, work perfectly. Interestingly, the colors are switched from the ones that came with the console, so now i have paired colors!

These aren't my favorite controllers, but they get the job done and they are unique to the system. I'm learning to use them, but I prefer the classic Nintendo 64 feel.

Great to play with more friends, or for people with OCD that need to mach the two colors with their respective pair. Kinda expensive.

I’m not a fan of Nintendo never having sales on their games or equipment and because joycons are so expensive took me 2 years to finally buy another pair but only cause it was on sale. Controllers are great and make it easier for games like smash bros and Mario kart with friends.

Easy to use and keeps battery charge for many hours up to 8 hours! Having more than two not controllers for the Nintendo Switch is a must !

We got the Switch that comes with the Neon colors. So when we got the extra Joy-Con's, we decided to go with the Grey. It is nice to have a choice of something colorful or subtle depending on our desires. While some people have experienced trouble with the Joy-Cons them-selfs, we have not seen nor experienced anything negative.

Geek Squad recommended new joy cons to fix our Nintendo Switch and it worked! So glad we didn't have to replace the entire console.

The controller is not meant for years of use. The analog sticks start drifting, the buttons stop being responsive, and the device that locks the joycons to the console wears down... How do you charge almost 90 dollars for such delicate controllers made of plastic??? I bought a new one and had to return it because it was faulty out the box. This is an ongoing Nintendo issue beware

Great!! My son had an issue with his joy cons on his switch, I went to best buy and there they were. Put them on the switch and woolaa. Up and running again in seconds. Thanks best buy. Just wish they were cheaper.
