We recommend it to anyone we speak to when asking how we charge our EV so easy to setup. Have had almost a year no issues at all.

We've had the JuiceBox 40 (hardwired) installed for about 16 months now, and it has performed flawlessly in that time. The EnelX app also works well, and stores historical charging session data which is a nice feature. The app can be setup to push alerts to your phone when charging starts/finishes/is interrupted. We don't have Time-Of-Use metering, so I can't comment on any of the "smart charging" capabilities. Overall - would recommend!

This is definitely a step up from my prior EVSE. Not only does it keep me apprised of the exact amount of energy it sends to my EV, but it also reminds me when I have failed to plug it in, and rewards me for charging activity! It has saved my bacon a few times, when I didn't remember to plug my EV in, and has given me more control over my charging and tracking.

I have had my Juicebox 40 for over 6 months now with never an issue. I can check my charging status or set a charging window all from the App. The App provides a lot of data about how much energy you are using. My energy provider has accepted this unit as an approved home charger and is now eligible for a rebate. Win Win

I have had this charger for over a year. I have had zero issues with it and would highly recommend this charger. It connected easily and quickly to my home wife and also with PSEGLI. I get a rebate based upon my usage and charging pattern. If you charge overnight you get a reduced rate

I've had my JuiceBox 40 for a while now. I like that it's not hardwired in case I need to move it. The app is very clear and I enjoy using the time of use feature to maximize my savings with my electric company. I use this with my PHEV but plan on getting a full EV car next.

Although the Mach e provides a charge cord, the JuiceBox 40 Plug-in provides a quicker charge rate and the added features of the application. We purchased our first to leave at our home and enjoyed the convenience and features so much we added another at our winter home.

Just putting this in as an FYI. If you are looking to buy a level to home charger, do not buy juice box. The company that purchased them a few years ago has shut down their support and they are no longer providing any features for this charger. it will charge, but it will be a dumb charger. It will start charging immediately upon plugging in. It will not be able to be scheduled and lax any other feature of any other home charger. You are better buying another product like the Tesla universal or a charge point.

Do not buy this product unless they repair the operating system! I purchased this product 2 years ago and it worked perfectly during that time. It charged my car without problems and was easy to use and schedule charging during low priced electricity hours. Then a month ago, the company forced a "migration (their term)" to a new operating software. Nothing has worked properly since then. The new program is confusing, lacks critical information and controls and just doesn't work. I try to get it to charge on a schedule and it won't do it. The program keeps shutting down and it difficult to re-start. I have called tech support at the company 4 times and they have made useless suggestions. None of this was necessary because nothing was wrong with the operation under the original system. The frustration just keeps growing. I have never written a negative review like this but this is an extraordinary situation!

I have two juice boxes. The first one was great as well as the second one until they migrated to the new software app. This new app is junk and it took away my ability to load balance between the two chargers. Also, the second charger I bought less than a year ago is failing as it overheats and they are not willing to replace it. Avoid this company completely

Install on the wall was simple. The app software is not so great. Did not receive the email verification for setting up the charger. Tried several attempts to complete this step and never succeeded. Support is just not responsive.

The new app is terrible, it drops wifi signal. It gives inaccuarte information. Tells me my jeep isnt charged when it is fully charged. Itll stop in the middle of the night and only partially charge. This thing used to work great, the juicebox app was awesome, now that is an enel x app it sucks! Ill be looking for a new unit and throwing this away.

Forced update to Enel X Way and made charger useless.

The product is good. The reason for one star is for bestbuy price match policy. Its onw website is selling $649. Bestbuy is selling $699. Bestbuy cannot price match with the price. What is a shame of bestbuy price match guarantee policy! Think twice before you make purchase this product from bestbuy.
