Customers consistently note the enjoyable gameplay, likened to the movies, and the fun of creating and interacting with a wide variety of dinosaurs. The building aspect of designing and managing the park is also frequently praised for its depth and engaging nature. While some find the initial stages challenging, the overall ease of use is highlighted by many players.

I bought it for my son who initially loved it but you need to keep up playing it to make your theme park run. He just wasn't invested.

The game was fun to play, but the controls responses are delayed. The game gets very repetitive quickly.

OMG ...Who makes a dang dinosaur game that you run around building paths and enclosures and trying to increase revenue...this has to be one of the worst games I’ve ever played between ps3 and 4.talk about nap inducing . Don’t waste your time with this snoozeriffic adventure. The most exciting thing about the game is the picture on the box . It’s all storyline and ZERO action

This game was fun for a short while but is overall shallow. Hopefully the developers continue to add more content in future patches.

Got package in a timely manner just before Christmas. Wrapped as A Christmas present with out opening case. Unfortunately when Grandson opened present and went to play on his new PS4 there was no game disc in case. he was so disappointed and heart broken. We will have to wait until Dec. 26 and take to Best Buy and hopefully they will make this right

Instructions are vague, there’s nothing to do in the game other then build. Save yourself some money and download the Jurassic park game that’s free in the Apple store it has way more features and things to do. Less complicated

I never review games but after purchasing this one this afternoon I thought I should come here and say I love this one. I was looking for something casual and fun, and I got it. I love dinosaurs and the ones in this game are beautiful. The controls are a bit wonky but if you can play The Sims on the PS4 you will be fine here. If you love Jurassic Park and/or dinosaurs do yourself a favor and get this one. Just hearing Ian in the beginning was enough to have me grinning and the hours following were just as awesome...until Grady showed up. Disregard Grady..

    Now You're John Hammond

To start, I wanted to give this a 4.5 star review. Here's why. Back in 2003, Blue Tongue entertainment developed a Jurassic Park game where you bred dinosaurs and created your own park. This was awesome. The game became a legend. Now, the fun is brought back with JWE (Jurassic World Evolution). Unlike its predecessor, you start JWE on isla Mataceros. This is the softball thrown to get you into the game. You're given a limited set of dinosaurs that you can breed and a few buildings. The game guides you through how to succeed. It's great to finally have a tutorial. The interface is much better than before. You have alerts that appear at the top of the screen to keep you abreast of incidents that will lower your park's rating. The shoulder buttons can be used to quickly access ACU and Rangers (which you need for emergencies). The D-Pad gives fast access to different buildings and object placement. There's even a dashboard menu (opened with Square) that tells you everything you need to know at a glance. It's never been this easy to run a Jurassic World/Jurassic Park. There are 50+ dinosaurs in this title. Most Dinosaurs are unlocked by excavating fossils. Dinosaurs range from classics like T-Rex and Triceratops to overlooked dinosaurs like Chunkingosaurus and Struthimimus. If you complete the right objectives, you can even unlock both Indominus Rex (Jurassic World) and Indoraptor (Fallen Kingdom). I have mixed feelings about the Deluxe Dinosaurs sold as DLC. For an additional $12, you can purchase 7 more dinosaurs that were included in the Deluxe downloadable version. The animation looks super realistic. Dinosaurs walk, socialize, fight, and even hunt in realistic fashions. The only animation complaint I would give is the kills start to follow quickly identifiable patterns. Dinosaurs of a specific build will use the same kill animations. An example is when a velociraptor hunts a goat, the animation is the same as a dilophosaurus (without the frills). Something unexpected is the story behind the game. There are missions that unlock other islands and content, but these missions also feature dialog between characters. As you listen to the dialog, you start to uncover some of the more insidious secrets to Jurassic World. Overall, I'd strongly recommend this game. It's a great experience and fun for the whole family.

Hours of endless creation and variety

Bought this digitally as the physical copy comes out a month after the digital so if you are looking to play asap, without a doubt buy it digitally. The roster of 42 dinosaurs plus the 5 from the digital deluxe edition give it a good variety to create living ecosystems across the 5 islands. The systems in place to balance the three branches of entertainment science and security. The creation system and management system are fantastic, the only con I can point out is the control system. It is a little wonky and was clearly designed for PC but it still works on console.
