You’re out of luck if you can’t get the app

I installed it on my Xbox series x and it recommended that I use the app to motion track. I downloaded the app and no matter what wifi I’m on, it will not pair with the app so I literally can’t use it. I’ve tried everything and it just never pairs. The manufacturer wasn’t much help either. They just told me to keep trying.

Doesn’t work

Saw the poor reviews on the Apple App Store prior to downloading the required App. Should have took their advice. The app doesn’t connect with the game. Both my iPhone & Series X are connected to the same WiFi and is won’t work. Tried for over a week now and will return the game to Best Buy. Ubisoft won’t respond to the hundreds of complained. You’ve been warned. Don’t be like me and regret the headache. Now I have a disappointed little girl.
