Wide variety of music keeps this from getting old. It is alot of fun to play by yourself and even more fun with two or more players. I found that it is a fun way to help stay in shape.

Bought this to compare with Microsoft's Dance Central and found it much simpler to dance through as far as the steps go. Get it. Great for beginners!

Bought the game for my wife; as she is a Katy Perry fan. I had no idea just how much fun it could be! Ended up with 4 couples in the basement dancing like fools for hours (it took me to break the ice for the guys, but it was worth it)!! Of course, the kids were all upstairs embarrassed by their parents! I've been playing video games for YEARS, but have never experienced anything like the Kinect, and this game certainly delivers!

My kids love the Just Dance video games. I ordered this online on Black Friday at a great discount price. Didn't realize I'd gotten the wrong version (X-box vs Wii). After Christmas, I went to the local store to exchange it for the correct version, bringing my BB card and proof of purchase with me. BestBuy would not honor the sale price - I had to pay full price (almost 3x the sale price) for the new one - not happy.

I really love playing this game with my kids it gets us all moving around and it can be super funny!

It's really fun! Music choices are great. I enjoyed it.

I don't know what makes this a Katy Perry edition but that didn't bother me since I bought it because I wanted a dance game and it was on sale. It does have her California Gurls song on it so maybe that's all it takes. This game is not for you if you expect to learn a new dance move. I much prefer Dance Central for that because it breaks the steps down for you. Just Dance doesn't do that. It also doesn't track your moves as well because it told me I was perfect when I wasn't even close to doing the right move. I also got confused in the dances that had more than one character on the screen at a time. It was hard to tell which one I was supposed to follow. Overall, I think this is a good game for really young children, especially preschoolers. They'll love the Halloween song as much or more than I did.

This was our first 'Just Dance' line purchase, and will likely be our last. We own a few other dance type games for the Kinect. The Just Dance line seems to be far behind when it comes to overall game experience. My wife and I love the other dance games we have for Kinect that are not of this line. We played this for a couple songs and my wife wanted to return it for another dance game. Some people out there may like the abstract characters and such that this game offers but it was not for us. Also beware when you purchase. I bought the bonus version online and when I picked it up in store I was given the non-bonus version. Luckily I looked at the package carefully before I left. Otherwise I would have gone home with the wrong version, and missed out on the bonus songs.

Great game on the new Kinect system. It's a lot better playing this game without using Wii controllers. It's a lot more accurate as well. There's not that many popular songs on this one. However, the moves are more challenging.
