It’s not BB’s fault, but Ubisoft should never have made this program for switch. It just doesn’t work. Shuts off randomly. We tried everything recommended on Nintendo site. Still no bueno. We get 1/2 way through a dance and it he software kicks us out to the Switch Home Screen. “Error” appears on a black screen. No explanation. We have read through some other reviews and found this is just the way it is on switch. We found downloading the songs first helps get us a little further. We were then able to do 1 song, only to have it kick us out in the beginning of song #2. Fortunately it looks like Best Buy will take it back since we are total tech. Not sure if they would otherwise.
