Works great if you don't bend the ends

I was sick and tired of purchasing $20 cables only to have them stop working properly after a few months. Then they're garbage. I've found that excessive bending of the ends gradually weakens the metal wires on the inside and they eventually stop working altogether. This "defect" happened to this product. Since I kept the receipt and box, I immediately got on their website and files a warranty replacement. It was pretty easy. Only downside was I had to pay the $5 postage to ship them the defective unit. Ridiculous that I can't just return it to Best Buy and have them ship it to them on their nickel. We'll see how soon I get the replacement. I will no longer buy the cheap $15 version at the checkout line at the supermarket or gas station.
