Kids and their technology

Drains phone battery instead of charging

last one stopped working

I like the cord on this one better than apple, but if they don't work longer than 1 year, doesn't make a lot of sense.

I have bought two of their chargers. Both have stopped working around one year after purchase. I have emailed their warranty claim center multiple times over the last couple months without a response. I tried calling today, and after waiting on hold for 37 minutes, I get hung up on.. They claim to have lifetime warranties, but it looks like I will be buying another charger. I have no problem with buying another $25 charger, but don't claim lifetime warranties if you can't honor them

Matches my iPhone & new iPad
