Left and right become out sync

When both work, they will sound good for 15 minutes, but then will suddenly get out of sync with each other, resulting what sounds like an echo.

Low sound on TV

Just an aggravation

We've been back to the store for assistance, watched online how-to videos, etc. We've tried every device in the house. It's very discouraging.
