A: I had the same problem yesterday. You most likely need to reset the device. the instructions that come with earbuds are lame. I highly recommend you go to the JVC website for their through user manual and read it twice and THEN fire the buds up. It's not complicated but you do need to understand the functionality of the device. There isn't a youtube vid that matches these buds. Make sure everything is full charged case and buds and follow the reset instructions. It worked for me first try. FYI I think I caused my problem somewhere along the pairing with three other devices. not sure if that matters

Basic bluetooth sports ear buds
Good basic set of bluetooth sports ear buds. It does lack the deeper bass sounds for music, but they work. You can hear clearly. Easy to link to your device. Comes with a USB charging cord & case, but no adapter plug.

Earbuds for da gym and overall everything
Overall it's pretty great, the worker who helped me gave me tips and advice of how the earbuds would work as i payed attention and then gave out my honest opinion, sure the prices are always high and i just wanted to go low budget but he gave me options and they were great, i could get the one with the bass earbuds or the one that i got which are these ones, he has experienced with earbuds and i listened, the building could have some great workers and I'm here for it, thank you again and hopefully i do come back to your store so I could try out new earbuds or even new stuff like PCs or some micro SD cards cus i really need that, haha anyway bye

For JVC brand, and the sale price, couldn’t beat this awesome deal! It’s perfect for working out at the gym, just what I needed. Enough volume, cancels background noise and finally doesn’t fall off my ears while working out!
