Hard to pair, one tap turms them off and can’t pair them on the computer.

Like that the sound is good. Also the earpiece does not hurt the ears.

I was able to use them for one time and then the right earbud would no longer pair with the left one. Meaning I could only get audio from the left earbud. Waste of money. Would not buy JVC again.

Thiese earbud are the worst. Hard to connect and when I’m on the phone a can barely hear the person. The don’t stay in your ears! !! After less than two weeks one bud didn’t work. Lucky I had protection but it’s a no good for me!!!!

I recently purchased these ear buds to replace my pair--another brand--that kept falling out of my ears. Love the comfortable ear hooks and sound.

I really like it, for me it’s perfect! And the price was pretty good!

Love the clarity during a phone calls but noise cancellation is not good.

They stay in place and sound quality OK but not great. THEY ARE NOT NOISE CANCELLING !! That was the reason I got them .

I like that I can connect to my phone and walk a good distance away still get clear signal. Bass level is low, but overall does the job intended.

Ok for what I paid. I usually trust JVC to give me a good sound. Was expecting a bit more stereo sound with these.

These worked well for about 2 weeks, then the right bud stopped working. I couldn't figure out how to correct the problem, nor could the Geek squad member at Best Buy

All in all they are a good set of headphones the sound could be a little better,

Great gift for my wife who uses them everywhere in the house.

I purchased a set of these earbuds 2 years ago. The warranty is only for a year. Now I find them defective as the left bud does not work. JVC hides behind the warranty ignoring the poor quality of their product. When I inquired at the store before making the purchase, the staff said that JVC was reputable and made good products. These opinions did not withstand the test in my case. I suggest staying away from JVC.
