    Purchase these headphones in August for a friend and only one ear is working. We tried to charge it but it won’t hold a charge. My friend still uses just the one ear

    In knowing that the JVC brand is a well known brand of many years now, I thought this purchase would be one of the best purchases yet. In using these headphones by my daughter, it seems that with her speaking to others through them in using her phone, the voice coming thru isn’t very clear at all!

    The sound is super low and all though they don’t fall off , they are hard on my ears , waited too long and couldn’t return them

    I love this company but I hate this product. First of all the sound quality is very poor- 2nd they hurt my ears. I’ve worn ones similar to this before with no issues / but these - HORRIIBLE!
