    The Left Headphone stopped working 40 days after buying the product and, the return window expired at BestBuy, so I cannot return it. The Support team at www.bestBuy.com told me to come to the store again to have an In-Store repair with the GeekSquad, and they told me to contact the manufacturer. What a copmplete waste of time. Also, the Headphones are really a pain to connect to anything. You need to have the headphones inside the case to connect thru the bluetooth device.

    I can't comment too much on the sound quality because they did not fit well in my ear despite the different size silicone pieces. The over ear piece seemed to not hold its shape well.

    These are definitely the worst. They pair separately so when one dies you have to unpair the right earbud then pair the left one and repeat on a daily

    Bought in Nov 2022 and now the left ear bud won't pair. I have tried all the suggestions JVC had for troubleshooting. Best Buy says I can't return them, so what are my options now?
