Great, but had to replace twice in less than 2 yrs

When they work, they're great. Lightweight, easy to do other things while listening, charge holds for a long time before recharge is needed, blocks out neighbor noise, etc. However, I've had to replace them twice in less than two years. The first two times because one of the ears died out after a few months months. This most recent time, because it suddenly refused to charge (after only 7 months). So beware. Buy the 2 year protection plan if you don't mind exchanging once a year for a working pair.

    Good, but not great

First off, I’d like to say that for price point, they’re great. I like the sound quality, the mic picks up everything, and the fit is wonderful for me personally as far as the marshmallow buds are concerned. The unit itself, not so much... I often find that it spins around and falls off my neck when active, which I wear them all day while at work, so quite frequently. They’re either not long enough to wrap, or not balanced enough. The most disconcerting thing about this product is they don’t last. I just exchanged my forth or fifth pair in under a year. And yes, I’ve learned my lesson and get the replacement plan every time after the first two ( I’ve owned around ten pairs in the past two or so years. And they’ve all died the same way... the battery attempts to burst. Yes. I know. DANGEROUS! Luckily for me, each and every time, I found them with the battery side expanded, bulging, and distorted in the morning laying on my counter. Fortunately for me, not while I was wearing them. If you’re not going to use them on a constant basis, maybe they’ll last longer for you. I have to replace them about every 2-3 months. I unfortunately forgot to take some pictures, I’ll try to remember the next time.

These headphones do only charge upto 90% however, I can listen to my music an entire 12 hour shift at work and never have to recharge. I wish the range was farther on the signal but I'm not complaining at this price point. Very comfortable, overall I LOVE THEM!

I've been looking for bluetooth headphones for MONTHS now, I have returned 2 other pairs due to bulky design that hurts to have them in while having a helmet on. These I have no issue with what-so-ever! Their soft and comfortable, and have a VERY surprising amount of audio clarity and bass recognition, especially while riding my bike! These other people saying they have issues with them falling out don't know how to put them in, you need to put them in as if you were putting earPLUGS in, lift up on the top portion of your ear and push in at the same time!

bought these for the gym. sound was ok. volume wasn't very high, but enough to drown out gym noise and music, with the help of the foam ear tips. wireless connection never faltered. battery life seemed great. sadly, about 10 days after the 15-day return policy was up, they suddenly stopped working. no idea why. was it the sweat from running on treadmill? 50 bucks down the drain. i was expecting better quality from JVC.
