Okay, the JVC Earbuds are okay. They are not great, but they're not horrible. Let's start with what made them good. First, out of the box, they were very easy to pair with my phone. Once paired, i placed them in my ear and they fit perfectly. Another good thing about these ear buds was that I used them during my phone conversations and everyone on the other end of the converstion could hear me perfectly, which is very rare with ear buds and my environment. Now lets go with the bad. The range on the ear buds was horrible. If I was on the other side of my living room area they would disconnect, which was a pretty big issue. The other problem that I had with them was the noise cancelling was not that great. I have other noise cancelling ear buds and when I'm running I can't hear anything but my music. With these ear buds I could hear everything around me. So overall I'm happy with the ear buds, they're just not the greatest ones that I have owned. Would I reccomend them to a friend, sure.

    FANTASTIC SOUND / VALUE

First thing I noticed about the JVC HA-A30T was how small the charging case is and how small each ear bud is which is great for portability. I removed the charging contact covers that were on for shipping and then charged the ear buds and case with the included USB C cable. After about 2.5 hours the case and earphones were fully charged. Pairing the JVC HA-A30T was as simple as taking them out of the charging case which on first use puts them in pairing mode. The JVC HA-A30T comes with the usual S/M/L ear pieces and the Med fit my ears just perfectly. The JVC HA-A30T have active noise canceling, low latency for watching video and playing games, they are IPX4 water rated which is pretty much just splashing water / rain. Given the price point of the JVC HA-A30T I didn’t expect much and boy was I surprised! Noise canceling is pretty good and can be toggled on and off with the touch control on the Right ear and volume and play / pause are controlled with the Left ear. I have true wireless active NC earphones from many manufacturers and while the JVC HA-A30T are not the best they are up there. I do wish there was a companion App to help with controlling the ANC and other settings but its not a deal killer. For sound the JVC HA-A30T have 6.0mm Neodymium drivers that sound real good. The sound stage is expansive and the bass does not sound tinny. There is even a setting to toggle from Flat Sound mode to Bass Boost. Phone calls sound good and callers had no issues hearing me over ambient noise etc. With 21hr Batt life or 17hr when using ANC, they give many hours of listening pleasure. Easy to carry, sound great with ANC and a great value….you can’t go wrong with the JVC HA-A30T.

At first I didn't have high expectations of this product since one looks at the price and then you kind of know what you can get, however this time something a little curious happens and is that from the unboxing seems to be a common product, comes in a small box with a quick start guide, a little more documentation and the USB-A to USB-C charger cable simple and easy. At first I only had a small issue with the bluetooth connection, after requesting support I was able to reset the earphones to be able to connect them back to my phone done through the bluetooth menu on the phone, no app and account is needed to start using the headphones which saves a lot of time and is very convenient. The performance of the headphones is outstanding, starting with the noise cancellation which, although not perfect, does its job well I think JVC did a good job, I was actually impressed. In terms of sound I am pleased it actually delivers more than what one would expect from headphones of this price or this range, the bass sounds very good, the voice is clear and there is no delay when using the headphones with mobile devices such as iPhone, iPad or smart tv, the battery lasts long enough and although the headphones are in-ear, I have not felt any discomfort even after a few hours of use, the microphone works properly in calls I have not noticed changes or problems. These earphones exceed expectations because for that price is difficult to find something that perform well in the most important areas such the microphone, audio and construction, the earphones are not a big and heavy, on the contrary, are light and easy to carry, I can definitely recommend them.

    Near Perfection For Me

These are some really good earbuds. I was a little skeptical at first, but they have great audio quality for both music and calls. When I had the Ambient Sound turned on while on a phone call, the other end of the call said it sound fine, but like I was on speaker phone. Turning off the Ambient Sound feature made that go away. The Mute Mic feature is great, I’m not used to having that and so it takes a second because it is easier to activate it than trying to change the volume. The haptic touch feedback is quite good, a little over sensitive maybe, but I would take that versus under sensitive. I can easily recommend these for the cost to value alone. Battery life is rated at 22 hours with the case battery recharging, that would take me 2 weeks to need a recharge. I typically only use at 30-45 minute intervals. The charger case is small and can easily fit in a pocket and small enough to get lost in a backpack or bag. The magnets are super strong to hold the buds in, which for my stubby fingers make getting them out of the case a little difficult…again, I would prefer this over to weak of a magnet. I did 30 minutes of yard work with these in and never worried about them falling out even with the mix of sweat. I used the default installed tips which are the medium size and while they did feel a little stiff and maybe too large, they ended working just fine. I haven’t tried the smaller ones yet. I am still getting used the button taps, but that is mostly because I am slower than a trained monkey and my muscle memory is for a different set of buds. Hope this review helps!

The JBL True wireless earbuds with active noise cancelling are fantastic! It's noise-cancelling that I can actually tell is working. I've never had this with earbuds before and wow, what a difference! It really does work - even muffles a lawnmower while listening to a podcast (not completely, but noticeably). Even when not playing music (just in the ears with no source sound) they do a good job! Straight out of the box, you can get a full charge in just a couple hours, which lasts up to 21 hours. You can even get a 75 minute play out of a quick 10-minute charge. They boast great sound that is nicely balanced from left to right and provides a good amount of bass. Can be used singly (left or right) as well. I like this feature when taking a phone call so I can also hear what's going on around me. IPX4 rating insures they will work well in wet conditions Compact size fits well in the ear, and the case fits easily in your pocket. The only CON I can find is really minor - the instructions are vague. There are a couple pictures showing how to push each ear one, two, or three times, but I really had to use trial and error and figure it out on my own.

The sound quality for these earbuds is great. They are easy to sync up out of the box. For best results make sure to charge fully before initial setup. They should be charged enough out of the box but usually not a full charge. The compact design is good and works well. They have multiple ear gel caps for different size ears (I typically have to use the smallest ones or they pop out on me). I've had no trouble with these falling out of my ears or getting disconnected from my iPhone. I typically use them for exercise or yardwork. Music volume and outside noise cancelling works well to block out the lawn mower. The touch controls are easy to figure out and I have had no issues with proper function. Simple functions control - like play/pause, skip tracks up/down, volume up/down, call answer/hangup. They charge and retain battery well. I've only had them for a few days and haven't had to recharge since the first full charge. They auto pair after the initial setup like most earbuds so you will only need to do it once. Overall they have a great fit and work well.

JVC HAA30TB compact true wireless headphones are sleek and compact in design. They are lightweight even when in case. JVC has incorporated an incredible active noise canceling and outstanding bass response. You can turn the bass boost on and off. And with a very long battery life of around 21 hours, it's just what everyone needs who has an active on-the-go lifestyle. They also have a 10 min quick charge for 75 min playtime. The low latency mode for gaming and movies is a very welcome feature. With touch sensor control, it's easy to turn up the volume and navigate between your favorite tracks or mute the mic during a call. They're also waterproof, so the elements, such as reason and sweat, don't bother you. But the compact size makes them fit very well in your ear, probably the best I've seen so far. And with the Telework features, you can have the independent operation, and you can use either left or right Bud independently of the other. I would recommend these to anyone that loves quality sound.

Good full-range response not too heavy on the bass

Good full-range response – not too heavy on the bass. I love me some Bluetooth earbuds and am always on the lookout for a decent set of buds with a comfortable fit and good battery life. These JVC buds have given me good performance and have the expected features for the price point. As with any set of buds, I didn’t settle automatically for the ‘default’ tips, but tried the different sizes to be sure I had the best fit for this particular set of buds. Once that settled in, working with the sound settings got me to a point with good full-range response without being too heavy on the bass. For me this is a personal preference, and if you are looking for a very bass-heavy set of buds these may not be for you. Much of my listening is TV or movies, audiobooks, morning/evening news, and podcasts. With that said, my buds are not used for purely music most of the time, so my preferences are for good full-range response that allows speech to be clearly heard without being overshadowed by the music. The noise cancelling works very well, with a “pass through” function that is easy to activate when walking the dog (in traffic) or joining in on a conversation when needed. With that said, the touch sensitivity and control has its own feel and seems a little “touchier” than some other buds I have used but not a problem – just takes getting used to this particular pair of buds. Battery life is fine for quite a few hours, and as usual with these types of buds you have juice in the storage pod to recharge the batteries as needed. I usually re-charge my case every few days, so I have not had any issues with keeping a well-charge set of buds ready to go. Pairing is easy with BT 5.2 and switching from one device to another is quickly done. Overall, this is a respectable set of buds at the price point. Comfortable fit, good battery life, full-range and balanced response, and good performance from the ANC. Peace from Central Georgia!
