Q: How do we tell when the box should be recharged? thanks
A: When the earphones are inserted in the charging case, the indicators on the charging case will light up for a few seconds to indicate the remaining power of the charging case. When the indicators on the charging case do not light up, it shows that the charging case is not fully charged. During charging, the indicators light up and flash. When charging is complete, the indicators will turn off.
Q: I accidentally set them back to factory reset how do I fix it

Q: I lost the left earbud. Can just a single earbud connect to a device?
A: Yes you can, I use a single earbud at work in a certain area or when I am doing things an only need 1 vs 2.
Q: I lost my earbuds case how do I replace it?
A: That I would contact JVC an ask them how much it would cost, ask them if you could have it as a early b-day present, if ya's hasen't passed yet!~

Q: Can I connect the earbuds to two separate devices, and how?
A: Yes, you can pair a second device by turning off the Bluetooth function of the device that was last paired. You can then pair the second device. Keep in mind you cannot pair and use two devices simultaneously. Please contact JVC Customer Care for further assistance.
Q: How do u charge them ? And how do u know there charged?
A: You connect the charging cable to the little connection port on the carrying case, and when the 2 White Lights go out, they are fully charged.
