Really great audio at a shockingly low price point
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Definitely not what you would expect for an inexpensive set of earbuds. I expected something that would get a "meh" out of me - I was wrong - SO WRONG. One of the selling points - small and light - JVC absolutely NAILED IT with those two bullet points. I wanted something noise cancelling so I could "encapsulate" myself from the rest of the world while in my office working as there are a lot of outside disturbances - these do just that. With the default earpieces (6 are included) my ear canals were isolated from any outside noise and even with the tunes cranked to full volume nobody could hear what I was listening to, and no outside noise could get in unless it was reasonably loud. Treble was crisp, bass was solid without rattling my fillings, and it was an extremely enjoyable sound experience. Why only 4 stars? Because no matter how many times I tried, no matter what order I did them in, I couldn't get two devices working with them simultaneously - namely my PC and my phone. I could pair both with the earbuds, but "connecting" both at the same time produced an error to whatever device I tried to connect last. So, it's one or the other, I just have to toggle one off to head the other. Am I happy with them? OOOOOOH YES! but that lack of ability to simultaneously connect was a little annoying, especially when I have an (unnamed) el-cheapo single ear bud that does connect to both and lets me hear output from both at the same time.

Excellent set of wireless ear buds from old brand
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Summary: The JVC true wireless noise cancelling ear buds are small size but have great sound, noise cancelling and a few other convenient that make it an excellent set to buy as an alternative from those higher end brands. In the Box: JVC true Wireless ear buds Charging case USB-C cables Manuals First impression: Right out of the box the JVC true wireless noise cancelling ear buds were smaller than what I had previously purchase in other brands. It was nice to see true wireless ear buds getting smaller. The JVC ear buds also includes some great features like the noise cancelling, worked pretty well. Another small feature that shows the JVC development team added in is the magnets, so they attach to each other when not in their case like in the situation of put them in your pockets but the case is not readily available to put them back in. Pros: Small size, Smaller than some other wireless ear buds Magnet to conveniently attach to each other while not in case Good Bluetooth connection to watch/non-phone device Noise cancelling Cons: Charge indicator not really usable

Compact, lightweight, decent noise cancelling
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. These JVC compact wireless headphones feature a very compact/lightweight form factor. They fit securely enough for moderate activity… walking around the house or office, yard work, etc. In my ears, at least, I don't think the fit is secure enough for jogging or other strenuous exercise, though. Set up was easy, and the headphones have held their connection to my phone very well, without disconnects or audio interruptions. The controls take some getting used to (there’s no companion app to customize them), but they are responsive and work as described. The active noise cancelling on these has nicely handled the sounds of my lawnmower, moderate traffic, and the HVAC system near my basement office. I do like the fact that either earpiece can be used independently (I prefer this for calls), but wish they had the ability to pair to more than one device at a time (e.g. work phone and personal phone, or phone and tablet). Overall, these work as advertised, with a compact style, decent sound and active noise canceling, without very many other bells and whistles.

JVC True Wireless In-Ear Headphones
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Just received my JVC True Wireless In-Ear Headphones with Low Latency and Noise Cancellation a few days ago and have been putting them through their paces. I have become thoroughly impressed with JVC as of lately when it comes to earbuds and was hoping that these did not disappoint me. So included in the package with the earbuds, is a USB-C charging cable, small/large eartips (buds come with the medium eartips pre-installed), and the user manual. When you unpacked the buds you'll notice how tiny the case is that holds the buds. Using the included USB-C cable, you'll want to make sure your earbuds are fully charged. Once charged I took out the right earbud and popped it inside my ear. Holding down on the earbud powers them on and holding longer puts them in pairing mode. I connected these to my iPhone as well as my laptop. Using them on my phone I was amazed by the sound quality as well as the clarity when it comes to phone calls. As far as music, I noticed that the bass was there just didn't sound as clear. But that's not a dela-breaker considering the price range these earbuds fall within. All in all I love these earbuds and the battery life is awesome.

NICEEEEE
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. I went into the store, trying to find a replacement for my JBL tune bugs. Of course they were sold out, so I stumbled upon these ones and I am shockingly surprised that they feel about the same. Nice job JVC.

Basic, Budget, Buds
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have many, many different types, brands, and sizes of earbuds. I have my favorites, but am always interested in trying out new ones. And since I use my earbuds everyday, it's always nice to have a variety of choices, and backup options. Now while I can appreciate the compact nature of these JVC True Wireless earbuds, they are almost too small for my womanly ears. Although they are comfortable to wear, I am constantly afraid the earbuds will fall out simply from moving about the house during my regular daily routine. I would not recommend choosing these earbuds for working out or going on a run. When they say compact, they certainly aren't kidding. Even the carrying/charging case is small. Which makes these earbuds able to be tucked into a pocket or purse or backpack pouch. But this also means they might be easier to lose. I really didn't notice the "active" noise cancelling aspect of these JVC earbuds either. But maybe that's the point. They just do what they're supposed to, and that's that. Sounds quality, however, was good. Really good. For these being just basic, budget earbuds, the audio was clear, and quite simply ... pleasant.

Great for basic, everyday use; NOT professional
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.JVC is typically a mid-level, standard brand for earbuds and these were no exception. Definitely nothing special ---- the noise cancelling is not as potent and effective as other brands for sure. I could still hear everything going on around me, however I only have one set of earbuds that actually do this well and they are well over $150, so for the price, these buds do the job. PROS Decent for the price Easily chargeable case Simple bluetooth connection Good latency effect CONS Bass is almost nonexistent Buds don't stay well in the ear Noise cancelling is minimal Overall, these buds are best for basic, everyday use in listening to podcasts, music, videos, etc. I absolutely would not recommend these for any musicians, audio engineers, or really anyone else who has a good ear for the sound and quality of music. They do not meet the professional standard for sound in earbuds, however they will do the basic job well, they charge swiftly, easy to slip into the pocket or purse for quick access, and they come with all the normal features such as ambient mode.
