Great sound!! The word that defines this product is "easy": easy to charge, easy to handle, easy to operate, easy to pair. There is nothing complicated about these headphones, and they DO cancel the noise. I truly scored with these and will buy one more pair for my daughter.

    Bad coding and quality

For "ANC" earbuds, these are fine, but still not up to the average. The coding within these earbuds is awful. They beep at you randomly, you don't know what they mean when they do, and one earbud will turn off randomly as well. You have to put it back in the case to turn it on again. They also don't stay situated in your ear properly. Bottom line: you are paying for quality. And these do not have it.

Great battery life and sound but.....

IDK - Positive - the sound is good, and you can move away from they source and still listen to your content. They seem to connect well, the battery life is good, I can play content for 4 or more hours straight with out problem. The charge system is sufficent. The neutral - getting them in your ear and seated is wonky (even trying different end pieces). The negative - the "control" is a touch sensitive right where the "JVC" logo is, so, when you are inserting them into you ear, your greeted with all kinds of beep, turning on and off, readjusting volume and messing with other functions. Once you get them situated, you don't know if they are ready to play. And when they become uncomfortable and you touch them to reposition them, again, the functions activate. I would give them a better rating if it wasn't for the annoying touch control

    Poor Sound Quality

I used to be big JVC fan for a long time. I had several over ear or in ear wired JVC headphones and I was always happy about the sound quality/price. Unfortunately I cannot say that about this product. They sound like the 99 cents earphones provided for free on long distance flights, maybe worst. Neither installing an equalizer helped to make the sound better.
