The battery runs down to fast, at least once a week I have to recharge, not understand why? I only run the video for the 6seconds. No other complaints

Purchased this in September 2022, its now March 2025. Last week after the doorbell was connected to my wifi for years and with 50% battery it just disconnected and wont reconnect. However the included chime still works and can be paired and unpaired to multiple wifi networks. I reached out to the manufacturer and their engineering teams resolution was having me wipe off the lens. Camera still doesnt work so its just trash after 3 years. Buy another brand.

Bought around christmas of last yr. Since the beginning it did not only die fast; but it would also go off/on online, can never see the live because its slow slow with a full strong singal. Now im not getting any alert or activity on the app. Dont waste your money.

Video quality is excellent, sound is clear and crisp. Easy to set up and connect to app. Plug in and usb chime are interchangeable with camera doorbell and video doorbell. Kangaroo security is pretty good

Battery doesn't last long, and battery component won't open.

Love my new Kangaroo upgraded camera. well worth the purchase. Much better phots and video than the previous one.

The video quality is good, but it's landscape only. A portrait option would make it 5 stars.

Initially, the product was good until about 24 hours into owning it. After that, it constantly said disconnected from my home WiFi, and after that was a constant problem; I had to argue with customer service to explain my WiFi connection wasn’t the issue. They told me that my internet connection was the only issue; however, the device stayed disconnected for days after resetting the device several times, per my own decision and customer service representative request, and the video clips were from every three to five minutes, never recording movements like promised.

I was so excited about this one , but it is not as good as the camera one . You have to keep charging it for it to work and in top of that the reset button doesn’t work at all it came broken

Purchased this item when it was on Kickstarter. Horrible quality and wasn’t worth it at all, would recommend you get something better instead.

This is a piece of garbage, I had nothing but problems from day 1 up until 3 days later when I took it back and got the blink which I am super happy with. I have since filed a complaint with the BBB and Office of the Texas General
