I guess if you're into that kind of stuff it would be a great pc/tablet for you, but it just really wasn't my favorite thing to have to do. The store I went to wasn't too busy and I had to wait longer than I should have for someone to come up to me and ask me if they could help me with anything, as a few of them looked at me and didn't bother to acknowledge me. I was also expecting it to be a little more on the lighter side but it is actually more on the heavier side. Overall, if you're looking for something that's simple to navigate, or something you don't plan on hauling around with you everywhere it would probably be great for you!!!

Now I actually question those reviews. This is supposed to be easy out of the box kids computer. Putting it together was fairly easy. I spent the last 2 hours trying to get it going for my 5 year old who technically supposed to figure out on her own. I had to create a Microsoft email for her and one for me. Then, you click on create art to start, it asks to create an account. Every dub icon also asks you to create an account. We were not even able to draw anything. Mind you that it kept freezing during setup and I had to click on the fields multiple times to be able to enter info. I use laptops for everyday work for a long time. I am not a computer engineer but I have used laptops for over 25 years and I know my way around them. Again, this was supposed to be a kid laptop that should be easy to use. Wrong!!!! Returning it to the store in the same day of purchase. My daughter got excited for nothing. I am getting her an iPad or Samsung pad. This was complete waste of my time

When I was reviewing this product for my child, I asked specifically “can you download Zoom for my kids school” they responded, YES, however, you need to buy a webcam due to safety for the child and the internet! So I was actually pretty excited that they didn’t have a camera built into the unit. So I ordered it. My daughter 6 yrs old loves it. Easy to assemble, and a little heavy but it’s all good! Wife goes to download Zoom to get ready for school this week and can’t do it! So I take it to Geek squad and they tell me, NO, only able to download Kano product line. So now I have to return it and find another option for my daughter.
