Started having issues after two months. The keyboard would work one day, not work the next. Screen freezes up, touch screen and mouse pad stop working, lots of power cycling and restarting to get it to work. Seven months later, it doesn’t work at all. I could have gotten him a regular laptop or chrome book for much cheaper.

Also buyers should be advised that you will need to assemble this computer.

Now we cannot connect to the internet because of internal computer problems. Speakers go out constantly. Wish we could return it.

A month later had keyboard issues. Kano replaced the whole computer. March 2021, same issues with keyboard. Kano would not give a refund. Best Buy had offered to make the situation right by taking it back. I do not want another Kano.

Bad purchase

By November he couldn't operate laptop unless it was still plugged in and charging. I wouldn't recommend this laptop to anyone.
