I will be returing. Kano you should check your qulity control department. I think THAT all these 5 star reviews are directly from Kano and not real buyers. BUYER BEWARE......

Fails to load Windows on start-up and encounters 'unexpected' problems repeatedly when trying to reset. This junk was only purchased due to REAL laptop shipping interruptions due to COVID-19. Have exchanged 3 already for the same problem. Going to try for a repair today, with little hope. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME.
