It runs slower than a laptop with a stronger CPU, but does the basics well. I am looking forward to starting the included coding lessons soon.

I have no idea when it will be in.

Don't expect to play *any* real games on it though. Even with only 3-4 chrome tabs open this machine is stretched to its limits. Since my kids are usually just browsing the web or playing some browser based games they aren't too unhappy about the performance.

Battery life is more then adequate. Keys are usable for any size hand. Windows 10 installed, runs fine, fully. Not much else.

He can't read yet, so he cannot take full advantage of the laptop's features. But the laptop has still been a great way to introduce him to great STEM concepts like coding. He had a lot of fun putting the computer together and still remembers what each part's function is. We don't do any heavy gaming on the computer, but the computer has done well for the installed applications, word-processing, making fun art, and simple gaming. I can tell it's going to go a long way!

One disappointment was the pc doesnt support Windows Ink. It is Touch Screen but i needed something with INK capability for my Kids online classes. Overall kid was thrilled to see the transparent cover and how computers work. The Kano COde app was an icing on the cake. The PC was a bit slow on react

This computer kit is a great learning tool if you can get past the frustrations. It costs a lot more than a Raspberry Pi 3 does on its own; however, you are paying for the coding challenges that really help understand how to control computers. Older kids, even young teenagers, but, if you can get them past that, they will be well on their way to coding on their own.
