Worst Experience In Retail History!!!

My appointment for installation was YESTERDAY between 11:30 and 1:30. By 3 pm when no one had arrived, i called. The tech couldn't be reached. An hour later, still no response. An hour later, still nothing. Another hour goes by and AGAIN I called. The women suggest that perhaps no one was coming. Really??? If iIno called-no showed I wouldn't expect to have a job the next day!!! So, were FIRST appointment the next morning after this appallingly bad treatment? NO!!They'll see us NEXT MONTH!! Not even kidding!! We bought this TV on December 24th and we will be "lucky" if it is on the wall correctly on March 18th. By the way, this will be the Geeky Guys 4th attempt to get it right! Yes, each time, THEY choose the bracket and each time it wont work out. Do yourselves a favor and steer far, far away from Best (Worst) Buy.

I wish I would have realized this, before drilling my holes (live and learn). I would not have purchased this mount if I would have noticed this "flaw." This is what I get for ordering it from online.

My tv was 50 inches and is supposed to fit which it did with some problems. If a store was close by I would have returned it.

It would be really good for our Support and Design team to know exactly what went wrong with the mount. It sounds like the nylon locking nuts that secure the TV plate to the rest of the mount were too tight but we'd appreciate if you could contact us and clarify the problem to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else. It's very sturdy, but the best feature is how well engineered the mount, the instructions, even the packaging and arrangement of accompanying screws and bolts are. Best I've ever seen. And at $40, it's not nearly as expensive as most available for in-store purchase. I've installed about a dozen TV mounts; this is the best one I've used by far. It also arrived very promptly, several days ahead of the promised time, with free shipping. See the mount in the picture? No, you don't! Clean install, eh?

Excellent quality metal and so universal to fit any tv with any VESA configuation. If ports or the back of the tv is shapped oddly they have a fix included for all.
