However the way this is build I was told it would not center on my wall. (It hangs to the left) I would have purchased a different wall mount to be able to have it centered. I did not want to have to return it an be subjected to possible restock fees and have to schedule another service call an installation charges to have that installed. I also wish I knew about some wireless options so I don't have hanging cords. The hing is a little tight, that is good. I hope it loosens up over time.

Easy install and works great.

I did have to improvise on some of the bolts since it didn't fit my application. It feels sturdy and works as it should. Id have no problems buying another one for my next tv.

Contacted Best Buy and was told to come in and the error would be fixed. Upon arriving at the store, was told nothing could be done without purchasing another one and hoping the screws were correct then to return the extra one. Too much hassle for something so simple. Now at menards picking up screws to mount the tv!

Missing parts
