    The screws that came in the bracket would not come out to allow you to mount. Had to return versus stripping the screws.

    It was very easy to install and works like a charm! Be able to move it in different directions is great - especially when the sun shines through our windows and causes a glare !

    I ended up getting it professionally installed though as long as you are remotely confident with tools and this type of thing it's probably not needed though I will say the Best buy installers for excellent and I was very happy with the outcome.

    Relatively easy to install, but you need two people to do this. Articulates well, making it easy to control wiring behind your TV. Very stable.
