The quality control/or hardware included was poor. Screws sheared off with limited pressure. The Geek squad guys who were installing had to go back to the store to get me a better quality unit.

Would not center. The brackets are such that you have to mount it off center and it still looks ridiculous and off. Returned it for a better model from a different manufacturer.

One screw was stripped. Putting the horizontal bar were awful they had to be forced. Gave up and went with another brand.

Easy to install, strong, it moves to any position with ease. ALL THE PARTS COME IN A BOX identified and placed in a way you know exactly what you are doing. It is not complicated at all to assemble, but the instructions and that little box make it a piece of cake. Of course, you do need to drill the wall!! The only thing missing is a pill for your wife, so she doesn't argue where to put it.

This is a solid piece of equipment - I am confident it will hold the 60" TV well. You can tell that the people who designed this spent some careful thought on it - even things like how the various screws and washers are laid out (beautifully, in a little box, with each one in its own slot), or the fact that the drilling template has a little sleeve that folds out to catch the dust from drilling.

I purchased this wall mount for 75" LG TV. The mount, the brackets feel strong to hold the TV. However, there are some issues: Minor issue: I opened the box and half way through the mounting found there were two lug nuts missing. I contacted Kantos directly and they sent them a week later. Major issue: After all the mounting was done, I was disappointed because the TV doesn't sit flush to the wall. It was supposed to sit 2" from the wall but apparently it doesn't. The max I could push the TV back is 5". Also, because of the sheer weight of the 75" TV, it tilts down a little bit and doesn't lay flat against the wall. Pros: Strong build of the mount. Easy installation and documentation. Cons: Wouldn't recommend this product if you really want your TV flush to the wall like me. Also, please know that the TV will tilt a little bit forward if it is heavy

I am very impressed with this Kanto articulating flat screen TV mount. It is well made and handled my 65" LG TV beautifully. The instructions are so clear and they include all hardware you might possibly need. The TV is extremely stable and moves extremely easily. I am so impressed and happy with this purchase.
