Geek squad had a difficult time lining this up for 82" install and we ended up swapping to another mount that lined up with behind TV wall outlet and HDMI pass through port.

Price was good but it’s a wrong suggestion for a bigger tv. No one should buy motion wall mount for 80 plus size tv. Still wall mount is safer for heavier tvs

Didn't work for what I needed it for. You know... to mount a TV on the wall. Quality is good, I suppose. Not plastic.

It didn’t come with the new Norm level vile, the plastic anchors fell through the pilot hole for the lag screws, & it didn’t even come with the right size mounting bolts to connect it to the tv. For it to be rated for 90” TVs, they have to know that these small gauge bolts aren’t gonna cut it.

According to my installers, this was a flimsy tv mount for tv's over 70 inches. Had to return and purchase a new one

It seems to be a great item for certain size tv’s. I had bought the LG 86 inch and the top cross bar on the bracket started to bow. Didn’t feel comfortable with it so took it back for a refund. So if you are looking for the articulating arm research it well if you was to make sure you tv can stay on the wall

Unfortunately they way holes are placed I was unable to center my TV on wall using this mount. The construction is solid but design has limited adjustment.

The package i received had been opened. The frame appeared to be bent. The packages of screws were also opened. I will be sending it back and ask for a new mount to be sent.

Bracket for attaching to the wall seems fairly solid overall, however, the attachment for the tv (crossbars) is flimsy for my size tv (LG 86 inch, within size and weight range of this product). Between paying for the mount and a helper to install and lift into place I'm reluctant to go through the whole process again with a different product. Just hoping it doesn't snap in half. I'd recommend avoiding this product for large tvs. This is the quality I'd expect from a random amazon product with a $50 price tag, not the $180 I paid through bestbuy, quite dissapointed.

Solid, heavy. Pulls out far enough to slant to all corners of the room. Make sure you measure and level. Very sturdy.

Buy the Sanus one that Best Buy sells. This one is pretty wobbly. I don’t really trust it when I pull it out from the wall. I don’t like the thin arms that connect to the TV.

Wrong details for heavy tv, motion wall mount are not safe for more than 170lb tv. We returned and got the tilt one.
