I was underwhelmed. Perhaps my expectations were too high based on other reviews.

This game is annoying because your “father” the king constantly berates and belittles you while you’re playing in badly-translated English. Play with the sound off!

The game has a terrible plot. The controls are simple enough but there’s nothing fun about it. But you get what you pay for.

The PS2 Classic On Modern Platforms

You just can't go wrong with Katamari! A perfect HD remaster of the PS2 classic. Always a fun and addictive experience! The content is basically a straight rehash of the original PS2 Katamari Damacy. The graphics look nice and the soundtrack is present, but the two-player mode doesn't offer much replay value, and almost no additional content is included (not even a few extra songs or stages from other previous Katamari titles). For first-timers to the franchise, this isn't a bad place to start, but there's not much here for series veterans.

Why'd they have to do it to BOTW??

Musou games are the most boring, repetitive, and unsatisfying games to play. Stay far away and wait for BOTW 2, and watch the cutscenes on youtube.
