Have had this dash cam for 2 years now. Haven't ever needed to use it because I'm a pretty safe driver, but I've had people walk into oncoming traffic in front of me. Wittnedsed an accident and went to provide the footage to the victim of the accent as well as police and the dash cam had not been recording since last night. I put in a 128gig Endurance SD card by Samsung into it and reformated whenever prompted. This typically gave me about a week of recording at a time however the one time when I finally had a use for it, it let me down.

It works really well, and also the picture is also really clear. But I recommend this dash cam for anyone that is looking for one.

I like the Kenwood DRV-A301. For the $ it's a great little unit! Set up was easy. I wish it came with the optional hard wire kit so the parking function didn't drain the battery. (Supposedly)

Easiest dash cam I have ever used. Automatically records over prerecorded clips. I leave it on for surveillance 24/7.

Have this camera set up front & rear in my 4Runner, really like how it has been working out for me so I got the same setup for my wife.

I give it a 3 1/2 star review. Pros clear video, App with cellphone, detachable magnetic mount. Cons the device turns on and off just randomly while driving, power cord is a tidy short, price is too much. You can get a lower end brand for almost the same quality for a lower price.

It’s a personally does a very good job as I’m driving a recording especially at night time. It’s an affordable price for the camera. Had it fir about a year now and no problem at all

I researched many different brands of Dash Cams so when I found this deal at best buy I instantly purchased an extra as a gift for a friend's truck. The adhesive and powerful magnet provides solid mounting features. The 1080 video recording is very clear and if you upgrade the Micro SD RAM card the unit provides great storage. This unit also provides Wifi for linking to cell phone or uploading video your cloud source.

Bought this as a fathers day gift. So far its great no complaints. I like the fact that you can control it or make changes through the app. Records really good and the video is pretty clear.

It works very good. It is a entry level camera but does work well.

Great dashcam. Has very good video quality. Many people don't like the app. I like the app though. Only thing I don't care for is it's a little bulky. Glad I purchased it. It's been very reliable.

Got it to add a webcam also to last car. Wanted one with GPS to measure speed as you never know... this one is improved against a Kenwood that I had bought quite some time ago and I like the dual mounting option...

Video quality is clear and I am able to see just as well at night.

So far so good. I have used it for a couple of months. Videos are clean and crisp. The app for my iPhone is a little cumbersome but you can save clips to your iPhone.
