    Flawed design in the mount. You can only use the supplied mount which sits at an angle, presumably to compensate for the angle of the windshield of a car. However, since I intended to use this on my bus which has a straight windshield this camera is completely USELESS!!! The same would be true for any large vehicle, Buses, trucks, RVs would all be unable to use this camera.

    I haven’t had to save any video, so no real knowledge of the quality. It doesn’t go to record when I start the car. I have to tab down to video and hit play every time. I forget a lot. Don’t like that.

    First, and most all this doesn’t work like it states it does for one you have to keep it plugged in, even though it charges as I was told at the store that you can charge it up and just use it without it having a dangling cable second of all the picture seems glossy it seems I must’ve bought a open box item because neither the cable fit and the representative who assisted me with it when I ordered it online to pick up in the store stated that that was the only one left now that I’m trying to return it because obviously it’s not fulfilling my needs and it does not work. They are telling me that I can no longer return it because The return window has closed
