Seems like a great Dash Cam, but not able to view files on app makes it useless. Returning it back to BestBuy. Highly suggest you choose another brand with better customer service and appreciates their customers.

Many functions and operations setup left unexplained. Including part identification and definitions. I could write a better manual just as a casual user.

I have found these are delicate devices. I am now on my 3rd one in less than a year that dropped and no longer worksand can't be fixed. When it is working, it is great. It is easy to set up. Just don't drop it. Not sure I will be buying a 4th, but I feel so vulnerable without it. There are so many insane drivers out there.

Also lacks a backup camera or even a reverse forward facing camera like phones have. Perhaps If another similar priced camera becomes available ill exchange it while it's still possible.

I would recommend that everyone purchase a dash cam- can really get you out of a jam if ever someone was guilty of causing a crash and trying to blame you.
