App does not work on Android. Call customer service and they are aware of issue since 2021 but no fix. Seems like a great Dash Cam, but not able to view files on app makes it useless. Returning it back to BestBuy. Highly suggest you choose another brand with better customer service and appreciates their customers.

Unfortunately I learned very fast that the functions I needed most are definitely lacking 1sy off the screen is tiny and gps usage is not clear nor easy to access. Also lacks a backup camera or even a reverse forward facing camera like phones have. Perhaps If another similar priced camera becomes available ill exchange it while it's still possible.

I purchased this for my mother and she absolutely loves it. I would recommend that everyone purchase a dash cam- can really get you out of a jam if ever someone was guilty of causing a crash and trying to blame you.

Good quality video both at day time and night vision. Easy to install

This camera is a Christmas gift, hope it works well and live up to the reputation of Kenwood.

Screen very clear, you will need a bigger SD Card for storage.

Seems to work well but was disappointed in the user manual. Many functions and operations setup left unexplained. Including part identification and definitions. I could write a better manual just as a casual user.

Excellent value for the price. Works great. Hopefully, I'll not need it for any accident proof.

Decent for the money. Does the job, app is decent. Not very intuitive, but the basics are there

Good for a cheap camera. Would like more directions on how to use/ set up the camera. It was a little tricky to get the cord plugged in to the mount and move the camera the wrong way it would turn off. Once it’s in place it works good. It’s a little slow transferring the videos to your phone. Overall it’s a good camera for a little piece of mind when driving around.

So far so good, hope it won't break, because I have to remove it from the base anytime I install my sunshade

Nice camera but as usual the phone app is awful. Not sure which brand or how much I need to spend to get a dash cam i can actually download video to my phone with. Overall it does work though. You will just have to remove the micro SD card if you need to actually retrieve video from it.

So far the camera has been excellent. Just wish the included power adapter could used just as a USB. My car doesn't have the 12v power adapter connection, only USB ports.

Did not keep it could've usedit so we got another one

Good product for the cost and ease of use and set up

replacement for a Transcend DrivePro which last about six years. Kenwood ios app is easier to use.

works great I bought this while traveling across country because the one I had kept shutting off. I live where it gets 120-130 degrees and it has not shut down due to heat.

Easy install and great features. Recomend it for everyone

Good camera have a good resolution and do what promise.
