The product itself and Bestbuy is fine. The only problem I had was related to the app to download the videos directly in the cellphone. But we can plug to a computer and download. anyway

Very good quality videos and photos are great and easy to use

This camera takes amazing video! The integration is fairly straightforward, however there are some things that could have been made better on the software side. Namely; In order to access video on the camera, you have to establish a WiFi connection with the camera itself and your phone (or other device). Then you can access the video to lock, unlock, or delete as needed. Luckily, the camera will overwrite the oldest video automatically.

It's a little clunky, but overall a good dash cam. It Does it's job with no issues, but the app is a joke and needs some attention. I don't regret the purchase.

Best one I've owned. I've gone through dozens of cameras over the years and the Kenwood is the best so far. I own two and you almost never get errors. Video quality is very good during the day and so so at night.

The camera itself is excellent. It provides a high quality picture and has a great field of view. The only real drawback was that they do not provide enough wire clips for routing the charger cables.

Easy to setup and install I did get a larger SD card. It is working fine so far. would recommend it.

Have only used it a couple of times but, video seems to of good quality for the price point. It’s also cool you can connect your mobile device to it and view files.

Bought this for a road trip to SD. Worked as expected. There are a few cons, if you are taking a long trip the memory card only last for around 3 hours of recording time and you have to format it every 3 hours. The bluetooth options was a pain in the butt to use also

This is my third dash cam. Out of the three, this one is my favorite. Instead of a slide-off design, it has a magnetic contact so it is easy to remove from the windshield without upsetting the suction cup. Can plug into USB or 12-volt. Unit is pretty solid, not a bad purchase. After being rear-ended in a car accident a couple of years ago by a drunk attorney, I realized the value of having one when the first question my attorney asked was if I had a dash cam. Never drive without one, take it from someone who learned the hard way.
