This product has been so wonderful. Got this for my wife and she loves it. Loves it and uses it everyday.

My wife loves this new one, better way to make cold beverages. It has a chill tank so drinks are separated by hot / cold drinks.

The coffee maker works as expected with the added feature of chilled coffee.

Love this Keurig. I have owned a few Keurigs in the past and this is by far the best one. The Iced coffee is rich tasting and not watered down. The front pitcher is better than the side water pots.

My only problem is i couldn't use universal reusable cup for the cokd coffee. But it's not enough to give it 4 started. Is 5 started because i can use kcup and enjoy could coffee without ice

The coffee maker is great when you use k-cups, it brews beautifully, hot or cold. I tried 3 different types of fill your own pod brands, including the Keurig one… I finally found the one that fit in the coffee maker, and I was so excited to brew my favorite coffee that doesn’t come in premade pods. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed that not only did the cold feature not work, which I was warned about when I researched which pods to purchase. But it also burnt the coffee it brewed. I tried it a few different times thinking it may have just been a fluke however, every time the coffee came out burnt and hot, even when I put it on the iced feature.

Our office absolutely loves this. Coffee is amazing out of it.

Love the option of getting cold brew. Produces a very cold drink without the need for ice.

I've been using Keurig for my coffee for a lot of years. I have stayed with that brand and just upgraded each time. This one was no upgrade. It was constantly having to be rinsed and descaled. There is a filter screen they don't tell you about. The manual is a joke. After cleaning, descaling, spending money on spring water, purifies water and zero water pitcher...and I was still only getting a quarter to a half cup of coffee...and forget trying to get cold coffee, we took it back.

It does everything we need it to do! We really like it! Hope it lasts for a long time.

Love the dual option. No need to spend monies outside for expensive drinks.

I initially liked this Keurig because it brewed faster than the previous Keurig. Shortly after, every time I turned around someone wasn't working right on it. It was used at work for a group of around 10 employees. We couldn't enjoy it because something was always wrong with it.

Very easy to use. Self-rinse is a big plus. Very versatile.
