Cant make an espresso, but the strong shots are clean and pure. The ease of making decent lattes makes the machine worth it, and versatility with a universal filter.

Great coffee maker, frother fails after some time

However, the reason for giving 3-stars is that the frother stopped working after some time and unfortunately I went past the warranty, so I'm stuck with just a coffee maker.

Patience is key! I waited and snagged this for Black Friday and no other retailer could beat Best Buy’s price !! I love my coffee machine. Makes both iced and hot lattes !! Amazing!

I will eventually buy a new one since my old one broke after 2 years. The brewer wouldn’t take in water anymore. It’s also a simpler option for heating up the milk.

Quality wise, you don’t need a big chain coffee fix anymore with this. Glad we got it, paid fir itself in no time by saving us on trips to...you know where.

Wanted to be able to just buy pods at the grocery store so I tried the Keurig again. Bought several brands and while they are OK, they are not as good as the Starbucks Verismo. The machine works OK, but the frother stopped working after 3 days.

Wish it had the auto-on and off feature of the old on, but it only takes a minute or so to be ready to brew.
