A: Yes. Use the packets of hot chocolate and put in your cup. Then remove the kpack to dispense hot water only.

A: It boils and froths the milk first then you pour into cup and then press pick for coffee

A: Hi! I bought the adaptor (at my local Best Buy) that allows me to use loose leaf tea or ground coffee. It works just fine for me. I have also put standard tea bags in my cup and then just let the machine pour hot water in there. And yup. It works just fine too. Hope this helps!
