    Bought two of these one for home and the other for the office. The one for the office stopped working will have to return it. It would not stop pouring water.

    I would give a five, but the machine did not come with a filter holder. It took days to find one so I took the old one out of the other Keurig and placed it in this one. As much as this machine costs you would think it is included.

    Love this thing, it makes regular or iced coffee, Although you do have to provide your own ice because it doesn't make it on its own.
