I wish there was a coffee pod that uses our own coffee like the other keurig models, but that's my only complaint.

We love the ability to make coffee, lattes, cappuccinos, hot chocolates and teas. The only thing I wish was a little better is the time it take in between making a cup to be able to make another cup.

However, I if I could go back, I would not have paid the extra amount for the milk frother (for Latter and Cappuccino) since the outcome is not what I like.
