    Wish it was electronic like the 2.0 but i like it. Its a little confusing at first but once your get used to it you get the hang of it. My friends enjoy when i make them their cappuccinos on my “fancy coffee maker”

    So far our small office likes the upgrade on the Keurig but I just hope it lasts longer than the last one we purchased a year ago. We love the concept but after about a year they tend to fail, not sure if the needle gives out or what but the water builds up in coffee chamber, not emptying into cup and when you open the chamber coffee explodes all over counter. We clean the chamber and use the needle cleaner but still happens after about a year.
