I absolutely love this machine. It does everything I want and more. If you purchase it you will not regret it you just have to have a creative mind. We can make hot chocolate with frothed milk and it is delicious. The lattes and cappuccinos come out amazing. A little plus on the side is making your own sugar syrup with sugar and You will not regret it

This is my second one that I tried. The first one leaked and put coffee grounds in my coffee but I was encouraged to try again because the sales person said she had one and never a single problem. I guess mine was defective because this one works perfect. I love making my lattes but it takes practice if you want them to taste like Starbucks. I am still practicing and looking for ways to improve the taste.

Really like this coffee machine. To be honest I can’t tell the difference between the cappuccino and late, teste exactly the same, wish the late/cappuccino was hotter, but is okay. The milk frosted is great, you can use separated for your coffee, I like to use for my kids fancy hot chocolate. Overall great quality!

A friend couldn’t stop talking about this machine so I wanted to upgrade and this beauty came on the deal of the day and I couldn’t pass up the price and it works great and the frother is amazing and the froth is very hot and that’s a plus , it works best with half and half , I’ve tried the flavored creamers but th half and half froths the best !!

Great upgrade over my old Keurig 2.0! Being able to froth some milk is a plus, have had no issues in the 3 months i've been using this coffee maker. Everything you love about a Keurig with some extra bells and whistles. If i had to have one con it would be the tank size, but nothing thats a deal breaker!

I love this coffee maker. Makes great coffee and the frothier is amazing. Only thing I had to get used to was the self shut off. It turns it self off after 2 hours so the water is not hot in the morning. You have to preheat but it is super fast. And I gust it saves on the life of the heater. All in all I would recommend it

got this after my old keurig bit the dust. I often stopped at local coffee shop for a latte. so to save money i thought id try out this Keurig. I LOVE IT! it has a bigger water tank. and the option of brewing a big cup of coffee. The milk frother is amazing! its nice to have the option of hot or cold. My only thing is, we need more expresso type k cups. but i usually use my own coffee with reusable pods.
