It's replacing my 3yr old but perfectly working and good condition K400. Frothing cup is excellent and coupled with good quality coffee. You'll get as good as any thing you buy off Starbucks,DD etc.

The reason for the 1 star drop is the amount of splash when filling a cup/mug and having to totally remove the top of the water reservoir to refill. It does make a great cup of coffee though.
