Makes me wonder why I waited so long to buy one (Oh yeah! I was waiting for it to go on sale). Wish it had come with more instructions, still. The water tank has an insert for a filter but there was no filter included. I happened to have an older Keurig that I was replacing with this one and the older filter fit. This was highly inconvenient. I reached out directly to Keurig and got nowhere and still haven't resolved the issue.

Posted .The Keurig K-Cafe only brews hot coffee, however you can brew any of our beverages over ice. Additionally, if the COLD button on the frother base is selected, the milk will only be frothed but not heated – perfect for making iced lattes and iced cappuccinos.
