    Easy to use. Makes great coffee. I adore the frother! Makes me wonder why I waited so long to buy one (Oh yeah! I was waiting for it to go on sale). Wish it had come with more instructions, still. The water tank has an insert for a filter but there was no filter included. I happened to have an older Keurig that I was replacing with this one and the older filter fit. This was highly inconvenient. I reached out directly to Keurig and got nowhere and still haven't resolved the issue.

      The Keurig K-Cafe only brews hot coffee, however you can brew any of our beverages over ice. Additionally, if the COLD button on the frother base is selected, the milk will only be frothed but not heated – perfect for making iced lattes and iced cappuccinos.     Well I enjoy a latte or cappuccino more in a ceramic mug than a paper cup. The milk frothing works well but you need to experiment with the type of milk. Non fat milk creates a thick foam you need to spoon out, but I prefer adding some half and half or creamer to get a better consistency. This replaced our other Keurig that just made coffee. It does shutoff after a while, so we need to turn it on multiple times a day where the old one stayed on during the hours we set.

    I bought this for my husband for Christmas. So far so good. I love to use it now I don't have to go out as much to get my lattes. Save me time and money. I personally like to forth it twice. If it does not let me do forth 2xs in a row, I do one hot then one cold. The milk will still stay hot. I also use milk to the cap line then add international creamer to the latte line. I would recommend. I did purchase it on sale that also helps with my review.
