Works really well for what we needed. The K-Cup portion works good but a normal coffee cup sits a little low so it can have some splashing on the counter and backsplash. The pot portion works well also only drawback is it doesn’t have a heating element on the bottom so the coffee doesn’t keep warm for too long. The stainless pot does keep it pretty hot though. The unit looks very clean and the stainless pot doesn’t get stained like a glass one does. The front load coffee basket is a great feature if your coffee maker sits under a cabinet, you don’t have to move the coffee maker to fill it.

Use this product everyday. Very convenient for an entire pot or a single pod. Good quality filter, easy fill reservoir, good timer feature.

I’ve owned Keurig coffee machines since the year it was introduced. This machine makes coffee taste so much better and the water is very hot. So far I am very satisfied.

We like the versatility of this Keurig, however, the pod brewing time is slow. We have used other brands in the past and the pod mode started brewing instantly. However, this model takes awhile to begin the brewing. So, if you are impatient for your first cup of a morning, look at other models. We do like the ability to change the water dispenser to multiple locations and being able to make a pot of coffee when we have company or on weekends.

Great upgrade. Offers single and multiple cup brewing which is efficient. The ability to move the water reservoir to either side or back is nice.

Coffee maker allows k cups for single serve or ground coffee for when guests are over. Love the small profile to take up less space on my already crowded counter!

This is by far the best coffee pot I've had. So easy to use. I love the k cups for judt me but also you can make a 12 cup.

This solves the problem of having a single cup coffee maker on the counter and a carafe in the basement - to be brought up and down when we have guests.

I have had multiple coffee makers over the years. Both K-Cup style and Classic Ground Roast. This Keurig is great.

Works really well. The downside is there is a water filter that they suggest you replace every two months, and the filters aren't cheap.

So far, so good! We love the ease of operation of this coffee maker! I would like to give it 4.5 stars, but that is not a choice!!!

Originally I got it from my mom for Christmas she loves it she loves to come compatible water and dispenser right next to it... Easy to make...

This is very practice and easy to prepare a single coffee or for all family. My wife made a good deal when she bought this coffee maker.

We got this for Christmas and love it. Still have a carafe of coffee in the morning, but don't have to make a while pot if you want some in the afternoon.

Excellent coffee maker, for ones who want a whole pot of regular coffee and separate pod container for persons who want flavored coffee.

My daughter loves this thing, she uses it all the time, not just in the morning. She even makes tea with it.
