A: Mine takes about 10 minutes from a cold start for a 12 cup carafe from the time I press the power button on and select carafe, 12 cup, and push the brew button......or from the time the Auto timer kicks on. An 8 oz. K-cup takes about 4 minutes given the same cold start.
