Love the Keurig duo. Having the carafe option is so convenient. I was worried that it would take up more countertop space than our old basic keurig but it actually feels more spacious now! The water tank can be moved from right, left, or back side making it super versatile. Love this coffee maker!

This is the perfect blend of one cup convenience and a pot of coffee. The carafe keeps the coffee hot for an hour or two without burning it. Weekday vs weekend blended nicely. I did get this half normal price, so that affects my value rating.

This coffee maker is wonderful to have. It gives me the option to brew a single cup if Im by myself or brew a pot if I have friends over. The coffee pot is insulated so it keeps the coffee hot/warm for a long period of time. Would recommend to others.

This is the second K-Duo I've purchased and it is mostly identical to the original one. This one is functionally identical except for the source selection. The previous K-Duo you would have to pick KCup or Carafe before brewing but this one will auto select based on if the K Cup lid or the grounds basket is closed last which is a bit more convenient. I took one star off because it is louder (both while brewing and gurgling while warming up) and it has a blemish on the LCD screen next to the time. Not a big deal but should have been caught by QC. Overall it works great and brews the correct amount of coffee; we replaced the last one because it started shorting each brew 1-2 ounces after about 5 years. Being half off on sale made it a no brainer.

Very easy to set up, we love that we can set it to auto brew in the morning. It’s great having both the Kcups and the pot as options. The pot actually keeps the coffee warm for a long time. We tested it by brewing a pot at 7PM, at 8AM the next day it was still a little warm. Obviously not hot but the fact that after 13 hours it was still slightly warm was impressive! After 2 hours it is still quite hot! Being able to move the water tank around is great when you want to place the machine in new spots. Overall we are extremely happy with our purchase, great coffee all around!

This is the best small appliance in this house! It looks great; works great AND does the work for me! When you are 86 years old: Quick is beautiful and this coffee maker is quick!

THE KEURIG IS THE BEST COFFEE MAKER OUT THERE.I HAVE OWNED 3 KEURIG COFFEE MAKERS TO DATE EVERY ONE WAS A GREAT MACHINE.THE CURENT ONE I BOUGHT THE KEURIG K-DUO PLUS REPLACED MY OLD KEURIG K575 PLUS.NONE OF THEM HAVE NEVER LET ME DOWN,THEY HAVE PRODUCED COFFEE THE WAY I LIKE IT FOR MANY YEARS.THE NEW ONE HAS INPROVEMENTS OVER THE OLDER ONE.IF YOU WANT YOUR COFFEE RIGHT BUY A KEURIG.

I absolutely love this coffe machine. When I had out of town visit I was able to brew a coffee pot of coffee vs the one cup brew. Love the design and Kuerig you did another amazing job. The handle on the water tank is great for an old lady like me. I can actually have something to hold on too.

Pros, convenient to make either 1 cup of coffee or a pot of coffee when having guests Cons, sometimes it’s shuts off when using a pod because the needle gets clogged

Perfect for on the go mornings and slow mornings. The ability to make a pot of coffee or individual k-cups makes it a very adaptable to the needs of each day. Rushing out the door and need a cup just for yourself, slap in a k-cups. Got a few people that need coffee brew a pot.

Absolutely love this coffee machine, me and my wife love Keurig! We decided to upgrade our old machine for this new one and it definitely was much needed. Love how you can do a single cup or a full pot of coffee

We love the ability to choose between K-cup quick coffee, or a full pot of either brewed coffee or water at the precise temperature to make pour-over coffee, our go-to every morning!

This my second Keurig, the last identical coffee maker was good for years and once it stopped working, it was time for a replacement. I would recommend this brand..

I have two months since I bought my coffee maker and it is the best investment I could make because I no longer have to use paper filters as in past models. Super recommended

Ok, so I love the Keurig products, but this one has a flaw and the warranty replacement does the same thing. The customer service to get a replacement was outstanding! But the flaw remains. Every time a k-cup is brewed, a bit of water\coffee leaks into the filter bowl. Over time, it builds up to the point that it overflows, which is how I found out about it. I rarely brew using the filter basket. Meanwhile, there is brown water sitting in the basket for days\weeks until it is emptied and washed out, unless you totally empty and wash your basket every day, using it or not. That water sitting in there can’t be healthy... The picture I attached is the amount of water in the filter basket after about 3 days of brewing. If I have to take this out and wash it every few days, then the ease of use rating goes way down. If I’m not using the filter to brew a pot, the water should totally bypass this area. I received excellent customer service and received a new brewer quickly after I called this issue to Keurig’s attention. But the new unit does the same thing. It is a design flaw. I’m disappointed, but will continue to buy Keurig products as my previous brewers were great performers.
